At MUZNA, every garment is carefully inspected before dispatch. As a small business launching with limited inventory, we request you to read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or issue refunds only for products that are received in a defective or damaged condition.

To be eligible:

• The defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Please share clear photos and an unboxing video (if available) along with your order details.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a return or refund.

If you are unavailable to receive your parcel, we kindly request that a family member or someone on your behalf inspect the product upon delivery so that any issue can be reported within the required time frame.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for size-related concerns, subject to stock availability.

As we are starting with a limited inventory, we may not always have your requested size available for exchange. In such cases, we may be unable to process the exchange.

Choosing the Right Size

We strongly recommend referring to our Size Chart before placing your order.

Most of our garments include seam margins, allowing for minor size alterations if required. If you are between two sizes or are unsure about the fit, we recommend choosing the larger size for greater comfort and easier alterations.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products without any manufacturing defect.
• Products returned after 24 hours of delivery.
• Washed, worn, altered, or damaged products.
• Products without original tags or packaging.
