- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

- During new launches, festive seasons, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping

- We ship across India through our trusted courier partners.

- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable).

- Delivery timelines generally range between 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional time.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and PIN code provided at checkout are accurate. MUZNA will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

If delivery cannot be completed due to repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or an incorrect address, the order may be returned to us. Any additional shipping charges for re-dispatching the order will be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details so you can monitor the status of your shipment until it reaches you.

Damaged Package

If your package appears to be damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend taking photographs before opening it and contacting us within 24 hours with your order details. This helps us investigate the issue promptly with our courier partner.
